Michael D. Reiner
Michael D. Reiner, Esquire (Of Counsel) focuses his
practice in business law, real estate transactions, tax deferred
like-kind property exchanges, secured lending, real estate litigation
and business dispute litigation. Michael D. Reiner has assisted countless
entrepreneurs in the creation of Limited Liability Companies and Incorporations,
as well as drafted several Partnerships and Joint Venture agreements
to facilitate the client’s particular needs including, taxation, financing,
partnership duty allocation, and limited personal liability protection.
Mr. Reiner also has experience drafting formal business plans for startup
businesses seeking institutional financing or investment capital for their
business ventures.
Michael D. Reiner received his Juris Doctorate degree
from the University of Connecticut in 1984. Mr. Reiner was admitted
to the Connecticut Bar, November 15, 1984, the U.S. District Court, December
10, 1984 and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, March 17,
1986.
Mr. Reiner has sat on the board of directors
and various committees of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association,
Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, the National Mortgage Brokers
Association, Mortgage Bankers Association and the Connecticut Society
of Mortgage Brokers where he was legal counsel for several years
and is also a HUD Commissioner. |
