Gary J. Greene

Gary J. Greene, Esquire (Principal) focuses his practice in commercial real estate, residential real estate, civil litigation, including personal injury, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, criminal law and divorce. Mr. Greene has extensive litigation knowledge and was a fact finder and arbitrator in State Court. He is also a federal bankruptcy mediator.

Mr. Greene received his Juris Doctorate degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 1982. Mr. Greene was admitted to the Connecticut Bar, October 1982 and the US District Court, December 1982.

Michael D. Reiner

Michael D. Reiner, Esquire (Of Counsel) focuses his practice in business law, real estate transactions, tax deferred like-kind property exchanges, secured lending, real estate litigation and business dispute litigation. Michael D. Reiner has assisted countless entrepreneurs in the creation of Limited Liability Companies and Incorporations, as well as drafted several Partnerships and Joint Venture agreements to facilitate the client’s particular needs including, taxation, financing, partnership duty allocation, and limited personal liability protection. Mr. Reiner also has experience drafting formal business plans for startup businesses seeking institutional financing or investment capital for their business ventures.

Michael D. Reiner received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Connecticut in 1984. Mr. Reiner was admitted to the Connecticut Bar, November 15, 1984, the U.S. District Court, December 10, 1984 and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, March 17, 1986.

Mr. Reiner has sat on the board of directors and various committees of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, the National Mortgage Brokers Association, Mortgage Bankers Association and the Connecticut Society of Mortgage Brokers where he was legal counsel for several years and is also a HUD Commissioner.

David L. Gussak

Since 1964, have been either a solo practitioner or a principal in various small firms, with a primary focus on residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales and bank representation. Mr. Gussak has extensive litigation knowledge including civil Litigation, including personal injury, commercial litigation; bankruptcy, criminal law and divorce.
Affiliated with Albrecht and Richman, a Bankruptcy Practice, from 1962 through 1964. 

Attended Tufts University 1951 to 1955. Graduated in June, 1955 Cum Laude with a B.S. Degree in Economics. From 1955 to 1957, Mr. Gusak served in U S Army. Afterwards, he attended Columbia University School of Law and graduated in June, 1960. Mr. Gussak has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1961. 

He attended Brookline (Massachusetts) H.S. where he was Class Vice President and worked alongside Michael Dukakis, the former Class Presidentm and former Governor of Massachusetts and U.S. Democratic Candidate for President

Mr. Gusak was born in London, England but lived in Great Britain, Bermuda, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Currently, Mr. Gussak lives in Manchester, Connecticut, with his wife, Margery

Michael J. Trella

Michael J. Trella focuses his practice on Real Estate (Residential and Commercial), Foreclosures/Foreclosure Defense, Collections, Estate Planning and Estate Administration. 
Mr. Trella received his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2003 and his LLM from Western New England School of Law Estate Planning & Elder Law in 2008. He also attends the prestigious University of Miami’s Heckerling Institute of Estate Planning yearly. 
Mr. Trella is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Elder Law and Probate Section and a member of NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys).
He has previously served on the Boards of the Literacy Volunteers of Central Connecticut and The Salvation Army of New Britain. He also serves on several Boards of 501(c)(3) organizations and remains active in the community of his home town of Meriden.
